I haven’t actually bought or used it, so, I can’t give it a real rating yet

Just a heads up for anyone ordering — the ammo itself showed up fine and nothing was missing, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was beat up and the tape was barely hanging on by the time it got to me. I’m glad everything was still inside, but they really should pack it more securely.

Checkout was smooth overall. The site was straightforward to use, and my cart updated exactly like it should, which made me feel confident everything was working properly. The payment page took a little longer to load on my end, but the order still went through without any hassle. it was a solid experience, it would be 5 stars for me if it were just a bit faster

I placed an order with Lax Ammunition and ended up needing to return part of it about a week later. The return process was fine overall, but nothing especially quick. I emailed them the next day and did get a response, though it took a bit longer than I expected, and I had to send one follow-up before things really moved along.
The refund eventually came through after a little while, so it all worked out in the end. It just took longer than I’d hoped, especially since I was checking on it for several days. I wouldn’t call it a bad experience, just not the smoothest. I’d probably order from them again, but hopefully I won’t have to deal with a return next time

LAX Ammo had the ammo I was looking for when a lot of other sites were out of stock. It was easy to check availability, and the stock info looked accurate based on my order. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience and I’d use them again.

I’ll admit I was a little torn because I usually stick with another brand I’ve used for years, but I had a quick question about my order and decided to reach out. Support got back to me faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. They gave me a straight answer and didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated. It did take one follow-up to fully clear things up, so it wasn’t completely perfect, but overall it was a good experience. I’d be open to using them again, even if I’m not quite ready to fully switch loyalties yet.

Prices seemed good to me, so I figured it was worth grabbing some. I mean, ammo is ammo, but when it doesn't feel overpriced, that basically makes it a win in my book

I ordered from laxammo.com and the shipping was just okay this time. I feel like it used to be a little quicker, but this order took a few days longer than I was hoping. It did show up in good shape, so no big issue there. Overall, not a terrible experience, just more average than what I remember

I got my order, but the ammo count wasn't what I'd ordered. Kind of frustrating since that was the main thing I needed to be correct.

Shipping was fine and got here without any issues, but the ammo itself wasn’t great tbh. Some of the rounds looked a little rough, and a few ended up jamming in my rifle. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but the quality kinda let me downn.
