Lax Ammunition Reviews

I had an order worth $336 and they sent the wrong product worth $151. I have left multiple messages as instructed. Emailed repeatedly. Called the corporate office. Clearly they don't care if a mistake turns to theft and you're on the bad end of it. Stay away.

placed a large order with LAX Ammo and my credit card was charged.
A few days later received an e-mail that the order may be fraudulent and I needed to send them a picture ID with my address.
I left a voice mail stating my billing address is a P.O. Box and my shipping address is to my office since no one would be home to accept the order. I did not get a reply. I then sent them an e-mail stating the same.
Once again did not get a response. I called again and then also sent another e-mail. Never did get a verbal or e-mail reply. Just received an e-mail from my credit card company LAX Ammo credited back the charge...this took 2+ weeks.
What a waste of time!

WOW! this people are brainless. 1 week they took to try and ship my order, when I called them asking about my order, they claim that my shipping address dies not mach my billing address, WOW! REALLY. So to the person working there I can't have a different shipping and billing address. She claimed that my shipping address does not exist really I only been here 5 Years and they shipped to this address before, So told here if she can't ship to my physical address she can cancel my order, and she did. They ran out of ammo and that was there excuse.

Absolutely pleasant experience that I had with lax ammo that I had to a write a review online. I bought ammo from the online and everything went as expected.
